SUNDAY SCHOOL meets in the Session Room during the 11 am service. SANDWICHES AND COFFEE are served at the back of the church each Sunday after the Morning Service, tea and biscuits after the Gaelic Service. COMMUNITY SERVICE PLEASE NOTE: - The Greyfriars Kirkhouse at the foot of Candlemaker Row has now closed. During the construction period for the new Greyfriars Community Project building, our Community Service activities will take place in "Building 3", which is accessed via Hunter's Close on the south side of the Grassmarket. Mondays 7-9 pm - The Grassmarket Mission Student team have a club night in "Building 3" for the marginalised and those with experience of homelessness. Tuesdays 6-7 pm - The congregation of Greyfriars run a canteen in "Building 3" for the lonely, the homeless and the vulnerable. Fridays 6.00-6.30 pm - The Grassmarket Mission Student team distribute food from "Building 3". Saturdays 9-10.30 pm - Hot meal provided by members of the Oasis Project in "Building 3". Sundays 8-9 pm - Hot meal provided by members Vet CU in "Building 3". The Grassmarket Mission has a Field Worker based in "Building 3", who is available from 1-4 pm on Wednesdays and Fridays. Tickets will be on sale for all events on the door on the night 30 minutes before starting time, subject to availability. All seats are unreserved. Some side seats have restricted view. The Greyfriars Programme is published by Greyfriars Outreach Ltd., a non profit-making company recognised by the Inland Revenue as having charitable status. This programme is correct at the time of going to press but the right is reserved to alter it if necessary. Tickets will be refunded only in the event of a cancellation of a performance. The use of photographic or recording equipment during an act of worship/performance/event is forbidden unless prior written permission has been obtained. Neither Greyfriars Outreach Ltd. nor the congregation of Greyfriars Tolbooth and Highland Kirk will accept any liability whatsoever for any damage or theft to vehicles left in the Kirkyard. Parking in the Kirkyard is restricted to vehicles conveying disabled persons. There is ample evening and Sunday parking in Chambers Street, George IV Bridge and Candlemaker Row. Disabled: Flat access to church and adapted toilet. The church is equipped with an Induction Loop system, for lectures and services (not concerts).
